Our hand pump makes utilizing Blood Flow Restriction Therapy simple. The pressure gauge measures up to 300 mmHg but then "recycles" to allow much higher pressures to be measured.Β
Utilizing a simple quick release method, the hand pump can easily be disconnected while BFR exercises are performed.Β
There are MANY advantages of non-tethered BFR! This means you don't have to keep the pump with you during exercises and you don't need to be tethered to a machine. This allows you to perform Blood Flow Restriction anywhere: outdoors, in homes, at the gym, etc.Β
