BFR Cuff Sizing
Our Blood Flow Restriction Cuffs come in 3 sizes:
Small - Fit Limb Size of 16 inches or less (most arms)
Medium - Fit Limb Size of 14-23 inches (large arms, most legs)
Large - Fit Limb Size of 22 - 30 inches (large legs)
To measure your limb circumference:
Arms - measure the upper part of your arm, underneath your arm pit.
Legs - measure the upper part of your leg, your upper thigh area.
